Because our team begins work instantly, cancellation would cause waste and loss to local vendors. For this reason, cancellations are not allowed after placing an order.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are final once an order is placed, because service has already started. Money cannot be returned after order confirmation.

We operate on a real-time sourcing model, not a warehouse model. This means your payment directly funds immediate purchase and packing.

Replacement & Refund Window

After delivery, you have 2 hours to inspect your items. If any item has a genuine defect, we will replace it or refund the amount.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days.
